Welcome to TrueU.ai TrueU.ai is an AI-powered platform designed to help users explore, understand, and refine their beliefs. By accessing or using TrueU.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use TrueU.ai.

• Users of all ages may access and use TrueU.ai. However, if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (e.g., under 18 in many regions), you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By allowing access, the parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for the minor’s use of the platform, including any data shared and interpretations of AI-generated insights.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You agree not to misuse the platform for unlawful activities.

• TrueU.ai provides AI-driven insights, but these should not be considered as legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
• TrueU.ai is an informational tool and does not replace professional consultation.
• You acknowledge that interpretations of beliefs and insights may vary and should not be taken as absolute truths.

• We do not sell personal data. Data is fully anonymized, encrypted, and there is no ability to re-identify users.
• Data collected is used to enhance platform performance and user experience.
• Users have the right to request data deletion at any time.

• Users are responsible for their input and any generated insights.
• Prohibited Conduct: Hate speech, harassment, false information, or exploiting platform vulnerabilities.
• TrueU.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

• TrueU.ai and its AI models are the intellectual property of [TrueU Inc.].
• Users retain ownership of their original content but grant TrueU.ai a limited license to process data for service enhancement.

• TrueU.ai is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated insights.
• The platform is provided "AS IS," without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted service.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueU.ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiations. You must notify TrueU.ai in writing of any dispute and allow 30 days for an attempt at resolution.

If a dispute is not resolved through informal negotiations, it shall be exclusively resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration may be conducted remotely to reduce travel burdens.

If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, both parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be the courts located in Delaware. You waive any objections to venue in Delaware state or federal courts.

You agree that disputes with TrueU.ai must be pursued individually and not as part of a class action lawsuit.
